Shipping Policy

We aim to ensure that once your order is placed, it is received in good condition and within the timeframe stipulated from packaging to delivery. We are working the trusted Courier partner.

It is your responsibility to ensure that correct address and contact details are provided at checkout.

should it happen that delivery is scheduled, and the courier company has made 2 to 3 attempts on different occasions, and you are still unreachable, your order will be returned to our premises, in such cases additional delivery charges may occur.

Order Processing duration

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential shipping delays are possible due to high volume of orders due to unforeseen circumstances such as (riot, severe weather condition, festive seasons etc.) leading to possible 7 days of shipping delays.

For Free shipping option: Shipping will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.
